GalMax NPR Coloured Galvanising Paint
GalMax NPR Coloured Galvanising Paint is a direct-to-metal corrosion-protection coating that can be used with or without primer. NPR means “No Primer Required”; the paint dries to a smooth, durable, rust-resistant finish for maintaining worn or damaged galvanised metal and protecting steel or iron structures and equipment.
The formulation adheres well to most metals and can also be used on concrete, ceramics and other interior and exterior surfaces.

Surface Preparation
For additional, long-term protection on fresh welds or in coastal environments, ChemTools recommends priming before application. Its product page lists GalMax 90 or GalMax 93 Cold Galvanising Paints, or grey or red zinc oxide primers, for this purpose.
